Menopause Changed The Rules. Here's Your New Game Plan.
A coach-led strength and nutrition program built for how your body works now, in every stage of menopause, peri to post. Build strength with a coach beside you and start feeling like yourself again.
Our 21 day programs are regularly $167. You pay $0 today, then just $67 for the whole program, at orientation, if you decide to move forward. You save $100!
After 40, The Rules Change. Most Programs Are Still Playing The Old Game.
Maybe this sounds familiar. You're wide awake at 3 am, and the alarm still goes off at 6.
You walk into a room and forget why you came in. You read the same sentence twice.
You're eating the way that always worked, but now you keep gaining weight, specially in your waist area.
None of that means you're lazy or broken. It means the rules changed.
If eating less, doing more cardio, and pushing harder stopped working, you did not fail. The plan did.
Here's what actually changed:
- Estrogen drops. Muscle gets harder to build and keep, and weight settles around your middle.
- Muscle loss speeds up. Women lose 3 to 8% of their muscle per decade after 30, and menopause presses the gas. Less muscle means a slower metabolism.
- Insulin sensitivity dips. The same plate stores more and burns less.
- Sleep gets lighter. Tired days mean hungrier days, and the cycle feeds itself.
A body in menopause needs a different strategy. That's the whole reason Menopause Ready exists.
Cut calories harder, feel exhausted, and lose muscle right along with the weight.
A protein-forward meal plan made for this stage of life, so your body has what it needs to build.
Hours on the treadmill while strength, bone, and metabolism keep sliding.
Coached strength training rebuilds the muscle that drives your metabolism all day.
One number decides your mood while your body composition drifts the wrong way.
Build muscle, lose fat, and feel it where it counts: your clothes, your energy, your posture.
More willpower, more restriction, another restart every Monday.
A coach who knows your name and a group who gets exactly what this season is like.
The $67 is paid at the end of orientation if you decide to continue.
Your Program Starts At Orientation. Not When You Click Reserve.
Reserving is free and takes about 2 minutes. Nothing is due until you've met the coaches and heard the full plan.
Fill out the short form, check the commitment box. The spot is yours, and nothing is due today.
After you reserve, you'll book your orientation.
Meet your coach, tour the space, and walk through the program. It's a walkthrough and a conversation, not a workout. If you decide to continue, you'll pay the $67 for the whole program. If not, no worries, and you don't pay anything.
Everything You Get For Your $67
Our 21 day programs are regularly $167.
You pay ZERO today.
You'll only pay the $67 if you decide to continue after your orientation.
3 coached strength sessions a week, programmed for this stage of life. Weights progress at your pace, and your joints get a vote.
You're never handed a plan and left alone. A coach runs every session and scales every exercise to you.
Made specifically for this program and this stage. Protein-forward, simple, realistic. No starving, no banned food groups. Plus Mindset, Tips & Tricks, and tons of scientifically proven advice.
Check-ins and a team that notices when you're missing, because consistency is the hard part.
You don't need to be in shape to begin. Most of our members started exactly where you are.
Train alongside women 40+ who get it, not a room full of 25-year-olds.

Very welcoming atmosphere. If you feel intimidated by gyms you won’t get that feeling here. Classes can be modified to fit any level. Coaches are encouraging and kind. This place has changed my mom’s life for the better and I’m working to make it change mine too. Highly recommend! Plus, discounted rate for high school and college students during the summer.Posted on Google![]()

Life changing! Getting my health back at 60- no looking back. What is your life worth, what is your quality life worth? I did not plan to stay after the initially priced trial period, but it worked for me. Almost 2 years and 700 sessions come join me. All ages and fitness levels.+0Posted on Google![]()

I’ve been attending classes at FBBC for the past two years, and the community and coaches just keep getting better and better! Every class is fun, energizing, and motivating. The coaches truly meet you where you are—whether that means celebrating the simple win of showing up or encouraging you to push toward your next big goal. I’ve experienced both ends of that spectrum, and I’m so grateful for how understanding, supportive, and respectful the coaches have been every step of the way. It makes a huge difference. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the music is consistently on point, which just adds to the overall experience. I can’t recommend FBBC enough!Posted on Google![]()

Each workout is effective and a wise investment in your overall health and well-being. You receive personal attention even though it's a class of 15-20 people. After 2 classes, the trainers know you and what you are able to do. When I use too heavy of a weight they keep me safe and when they see I am capable of more challenging weight they provide this personalized support. The attention is that of a personal trainer without the high cost. After 30 classes I gained 1.5 lbs of muscle. They monitor your progress with a scale which measures your weight, water content, muscle mass, and body fat. They provide nutritional information and even sell high quality supplements. It's a place where you can change your lifestyle and have fun doing it. I made some lovely friendships with fellow gym members as well as the very enthusiastic and encouraging trainers. Thank God for this gym! Thank you Betsy,Kip and all the trainers. This is helping me to be healthy and stronger as I age (nearly 55 years old!).Posted on Google![]()

I ha e been with FBBC since April 2023. I was a long path back to being back to fit level strength again. I was dealing with so many factors of recovering from high mold poisoning, to have to stick to a clean diet, was in a very tragic car accident where I broke my back in 2 places. I needed a place what I could trust, close to home, and create a life that looked very different that I was before. I was so weak that I only could do 2 times a week. FBBC met me where I was at and allowed me to modify so I could work hard and not hurt myself. As I grow in strength, consistency, and motivation they continued to support me. The coaches are fun, they push you, they really care about you. I now go as much as I can. My energy is up, my mental game is on breakable and I know that others struggle with me. This is a great family. I truely and grateful to enjoy working out with good programming and the push to keep getting stronger.Posted on Google![]()

I have never been a gym person - I always found them intimidating, impersonal and overwhelming. FBBC is NOTHING like that! The classes are small and led by coaches that are super helpful and friendly. They tell you exactly what to do and always provide modifications to accommodate injuries or fitness levels. The gym members are also amazing and supportive. I know everyone in my class by name - it really is like a big gym family. I have been a member for about 10 months and have completely transformed my body and overall fitness level in that time. FBBC has made it “easy.” Their workouts are only 30 minutes and they have so many class times that unless I am traveling it is impossible for me to have a valid excuse for not getting to one. Add that to the supportive staff and friendly members, and you won’t find a better place. I would absolutely recommended FBBC to anyone that’s looking for a way to change their health trajectory. It is worth the membership cost and you will see results!Posted on Google![]()

I found Fishers Fit Body Boot Camp at the perfect time, as after 3 years of continuous weight gain (thanks menopause!), I was ready to take action and get healthy again. Tomorrow will finish my 6th week of workouts, and my 3rd week of following my recommended eating plan. I've lost 5 pounds and 1.5% body fat already and most importantly, I already feel, and look, better! I've got a long way to go, but I feel like I've finally found the right program to get me to my goals! Thanks FFBBC!!!Posted on Google![]()

I really like that they let you modify the workouts if you need to and the trainers are really helpful in helping you do the exercises correct so no injuries occur.Load more
Women 40+ Who Built Strength And Got Their Bodies Back
Local women 40+ who trained through this stage of life. Same coaches, same room, same standard you'll meet at orientation.
You Don't Have To Be Ready. That's What The Coaching Is For.
Every session is coach-led, supportive, and built for real life, not an idealized version of it.
You don't need to be in shape before you start. You don't need to know your way around a gym. You just need to show up, and your coach takes it from there.
- Sessions are 30 minutes, coached from warm-up to finish.
- Plan on 3 sessions a week. That's the whole time commitment.
- Every exercise has a modification for knees, backs, and shoulders.
- Need a breather mid-session? Take it. Fans on, water close, zero side-eye.
- Weights are matched to you on day one, not to the woman next to you.

See Everything At Orientation Before You Pay A Dollar
Come in, meet the coaches, tour the space, and walk through the full program and the Menopause Ready Meal Plan.
Orientation is a conversation and a walkthrough. No workout, no weigh-in, no fitness test.
If it doesn't feel like the right fit, you walk away before the program begins. No pressure. No awkward conversation. No hard feelings.
No credit card required today. If it feels right at orientation, you pay the $67 and your program begins. If not, you owe nothing.
Quick answers.
Is the $67 really the full price?
Yes. It covers 21 days plus the Success Guide. No hidden membership, nothing added on. For comparison, one personal training session usually costs more than this entire program.
Do I have to pay today?
No. Nothing is due today, and there's no credit card anywhere in the process. The $67 is paid at orientation, only if you decide to continue.
When does my program start?
At orientation you and your coach will pick a start date the fits your schedule.
What happens after I reserve?
After you reserve, you'll book your orientation date and time.
What if I reserve and my plans change?
Just let us know. We'll move you to the next Monday that works, or pass your spot to the next woman on the waitlist, no hard feelings.
What happens when the 21 days end? Am I locked into anything?
No. There's no contract, no auto-renewal, and no card on file to charge. If you want to keep training with us after, we'll talk about it then. That's a fresh decision you make later, not fine print you agree to now.
I think I'm in perimenopause. Is this for me?
Yes. Menopause Ready was developed for every stage, peri to post. Starting in peri is actually ideal: the strength you build now carries you through everything that follows.
I'm years past menopause. Did I miss the window?
Not at all. Post-menopause is when strength training matters most for muscle, bone, and energy. It's never too late to start.
How much time does this take each week?
Sessions are 30 minutes, 3 times a week. In and out in under an hour. No homework workouts and no extra hour of cardio on your own. The meal plan is built for real weeks, not perfect ones.
I'm on HRT / working with my doctor on menopause.
Great, keep doing exactly that. Menopause Ready is a fitness and nutrition program, not medical treatment. It fits alongside whatever you and your doctor decide.
